3 Hour Refresher (Non-Certificated)

Description:
This course is not compulsory but it has been strongly recommended by the HSE that all persons holding a First Aid Certificate, should attend this course every year for 2 years and then to attend the "2 Day Refresher" course as normal every third year if you hold a full First Aid at Work certificate; or the "1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work" for those who originally took part in the "1 Day" course. This is to ensure that all delegates are subject to the recommended standards specified by the HSE

• Method of resuscitation
• Asphyxia
• Wound & bleeding
• Bandaging/slings
• Head and chest injuries
• Fractures
• Poisons
• Burns and scalds
• Epilepsy
• Diabetes
• Heart conditions
• Contents of a first aid box
• Accident reporting
• All other work related accidents/illnesses
